In this day of recorded messages,
email and the lack of the human touch, I would like to
commend Aaron McMichael for his service recently.
Last month when our hard drive crashed Aaron did
everything possible to get us up and running as soon as
possible. He offered alternative solutions and
most importantly follow up when he said he
would. Unfortunately in today's world it
is not often when you can get the direct and immediate
service that Aaron provided.
I have not had the
opportunity to write a letter such as this in a long
time and I am very happy to have had the occasion to do
so. Answers, Etc. will be around for a
long time with the likes of Aaron McMichael on your
team.
I just got off the phone with George Neville at your tech support and would like it if you could pass this on to his boss.
I spent 14 years as a senior VP of systems for the 8th largest bank in the world and have dealt with way too many phone techs. He was very prompt, knowledgeable, helpful and most important didn't assume that I never saw a computer before. In short you have the best, absolute best phone support I have ever encountered. tab at the top of your PowerCheck screen. Software Updates are
available free of charge to subscribers of the support and maintenance
program. Click on the TOOLS tab and select Download New Version to
update your PowerCheck software. Download passwords can be obtained
from the support team during normal operating hours.
